At the corner of Jaarbeursboulevard and Croeselaan in Utrecht, the Netherlands, two green towers named
Wonderwoods will rise in 2024. With this remarkable project, developer
G&S&, a subsidiary of
VolkerWessels, will bring back biodiversity to the city. It will be a place where all aspects of life come together: living, working and recreation.
Roberto Meyer (
MVSA Architects) designed one of the two towers. In his tower, you will find art space Nowhere, owner-occupied homes, rental homes, offices, a roof park, and various other facilities. Stefano Boeri (
Stefano Boeri Architetti) designed the second tower. He is known worldwide for his innovative
Bosco Verticale (Vertical Forest) in the Porta Nuova district of Milan. In his tower, you will find rental and owner-occupied homes, a roof park with a restaurant, a gym, healthy catering facilities and various other facilities.
